Recycled Fabrics
Sustainable Fabrics
Polyester Yarn is made with used plastic bottles which are ready to be recycled, they are cut, chopped, and melted, then formed into flakes. 100% Recycled Yarn is obtained from these flakes to make recycled fabrics is made from recycled polyester yarns and recycled cotton yarns.
Sustainable practices in textile industry include using less amounts of water, hazardous chemicals, pesticides, and fertilizers; adopting eco-friendly production processes; using less energy for production processes.

Recycled Fabrics – Cotton
Recycled Cotton is an alternative to conventional cotton. Cotton yarn is made with recycled cotton fabrics, they are cut into pieces, cotton fibre is obtained and becomes recycled cotton yarn.
The recycling process is friendly to the environment since it does not use new cotton, no aggressive chemical dyes since the remains are classified and grouped by colours to make the new and recycled cotton in different colours. It is also less harmful to the environment because it avoids the gathering, spinning and dyeing processes, as well as costing less time, energy and money.

Differences between recycled and virgin polyester
Because the recycling process reconstitutes fiber at the molecular level, there is no difference between recycled polyester and virgin polyester. The performance, durability and benefits, including the high strength and functional versatility of recycled polyester, are the same as traditional polyester, but with a lower environmental impact.
Advantages of recycled polyester
Recycled polyester does not require the creation of new oil, which reduces the demand for oil extraction and reduces our ecological footprint.
Recycled polyester production is better for the climate, creating 75% fewer CO2 emissions than virgin polyester.
It is given a post-consumer and post-industrial use.

What is an antimicrobial fabric?
Antimicrobial fabrics and textiles.
Definition: Antimicrobial fabrics and textiles are fiber-based substrates to wish antimicrobial agents have been applied at the surface, or incorporate into the fibers, rendering a product that kills or inhibits the growth of microorganisms.
This fabric has great anti-bacteria and deodorant ability, resisting the growth of microbial that may cause itching and unpleasant odor. By advanced Silver Ions Antimicrobial treatment technology to give fabric great antibacterial and deodorization with excellent durability and full-time anti-bacteria protection.
Sun Block Fabric / Sun Protective Fabric/ UV Cut Fabric
How does it work?
This fabric is using UV-Cut Fiber that could isolate UV ray and reduce thermal transmission to provide excellent skin protection and comfortable cool performance.
This high-tech fiber is washable and sustainable. The amount of “Ultraviolet Protection Factor” (UPF) indicates the time length of a garment protects from solar radiation.

Prevent direct sunlight and damage to the skin
Technically, a garment with UPF 1 that means users will be protected from sunlight for about 10 minutes. If you are wearing a garment with UPF 20 that means you can stay in the sun for 200 minutes (Approx. 3 hours) without any problem. Therefore, for people who have to stay outdoor all day long would need to wear UV-Cut functional clothes with UPF 40 at least.
